The main duties and responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Discuss new features with internal departments to understand requirements
• Create business requirement documents that are organized and easy for the development team to translate into software changes
• Track features and tasks in Jira software
• Run stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning as well as retrospective and sprint reviews
• Understand customer pain points and prioritize urgent fixes while maintaining long term goals
• Collaborate with the product team to define the product vision
• Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with project management or product management
• Qualification in project management or similar
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to share information in a meaningful way
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Can work independently
• Highly organised and able to prioritise work appropriately
• Willing to take accountability for work produced
• Comfortable working in a highly complex environment
• Experience with technical projects, not necessarily software
